PROGRAM
The Convening will begin at 1pm on Tuesday, May 13th and conclude by 12pm on Thursday, May 15th.
KAF is pleased to provide all meals, snacks, and beverages for the duration of the Convening as well as transportation to dinner in the local community on Wednesday, May 14th.

AIR TRAVEL
The drive time between Denver International Airport (DEN) and the Embassy Suites Boulder is 45-60 minutes, depending on traffic.

DEN recommends that travelers arrive at least 2 hours prior to departure to make it through security and catch the airport train to your departure terminal/gate.

PARKING at EMBASSY SUITES
The hotel offers self-parking at the following prices:
0-1 hour $2, each hour following $1 up to 8 hours
8+ hours or overnight $22
